I retouched the tone of her skin, brightened her shirt, removed the windy hair from her face, and placed her in front of the same background as her coworkers.
There were more shadows here to work around. I removed myself from the reflection, removed the numbers from the glass, and did a general retouching of the skin and clothing.
This was a simpler edit. I retouched his skin, removed some stray marks, and improved the color of the photo.
